This department is one of the departments of engineering faculty. The purpose of this department is to train specialist and dedicated staff in order to be able to perform engineering design tasks, execute and manage engineering projects with sufficient scientific and technical knowledge.
Graduates of this field will have the following capabilities and abilities:
- Calculation and design of residential, office and industrial buildings
- Management and implementation of construction projects, water supply and sewage treatment
- Consultant in public and private administrations
- Continuing education at higher levels This department consists of 140 credits as follow:
- General subject 12%
- Main Subjects 30%
- Core subjects 50%
- Final project 6%This department has 25 lecturers, 148 students and 16 alumni from both male and female.
